Born and raised in Bayside, Queens, Joel Mora discovered his passion for drumming before he could even walk or talk. What started with forks, spoons, tabletops, and rhythms in school quickly became the foundation for “JBeats,” a performer known for bringing energy, rhythm, and excitement to every crowd.

With experience across house, hip hop, pop, R&B, reggae, Latin, jazz, and electronic music, Joel brings a versatile, crowd focused performance style that adapts to any event. His Latin roots and natural connection to rhythm allow him to feel the music, interact with guests, and create the kind of energy that keeps a party alive.

After performing at top New York City nightlife venues and major spring break events in Mexico, Joel now brings that same nightclub level energy to weddings, mitzvahs, corporate events, birthdays, private parties, and luxury celebrations throughout the NYC tri state area.
